It was so nice today. Lee came to church with the family for the first time in about 3 months. He was happy to be able to be back and we felt like a whole family again at church!
This past week end has been a busy one for Amelia. She has spent the weekend with her Science bowl team in competetion. (The other team from her school took state and will go to nationals!) Then today she is in a city 2 hours away participating in a Mock Trial. She is the wrap up lawyer, the one who delivers the closing argument. She is a busy, very talented girl.
Lee and I are planning a remodel job on our kitchen. Twenty two years old and in desperate need of updating. (to either facilitate a sell, or just to enjoy!) Our
builder says he can get started in April, we will have to plan quickly. We will do new cabinets, flooring, and move a wall or two. It sounds like a fun headache.
Mariah is busy preparing for solo-ensemble contest with vocal solo and piano solo. She is also talented and very busy.
We look forward to a visit from Aubrey, Emma and Jacob in February. It should be so fun, we are looking forward to throwing them out in the snow!

Back to Blogging
HAPPY NEW YEAR
The new year is 12 days old and I am just now ready to blog. It was a wonderful holiday season with lots of family and fun. We spent the holidays at our cottage up north. It was a winter wonderland with 2 feet of new snow and the trees were just beautiful. We cut a 15 foot tree out of our own yard and decorated it.
Lee was feeling pretty well, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Krystal, Aaron and baby AJ, Robert, Chalece and baby Brielle, and the 5 of us (including James home from college.)
Times right now are happy. It feels good to be happy!
We are watching our favorite football team, the Greenbay Packers right now, GO PACK!!!
