We are surly blessed this winter. A little ray of sunshine stopped by for a week and brought lots of laughter and smiles. Her beautiful mother Aubrey was so kind to brighten our life and spend some time with us.
Aubrey was unsure of Clara's verbal skills, but we quickly realized that she was saying "Grandpa, Grandma, riah, for Mariah, more nite nite, hi, and one of our favorite, "WOW!" We spent our days visiting and had so much fun.
Aubrey accompanied us to a near by city to help Mariah audition for the State Honors Choir. Mariah made us all proud. We will hear the results sometime in May. Aubrey also helped coach Mariah as she prepares for Solo and Ensemble contest to be held in a couple of weeks.
Amelia and Mariah will perform. Amelia on the piano, and violin, Mariah with vocal solos and piano solo. They will play a piano duet as well.
Debbie is now a certified aerobics/cardio instructor through the YMCA. Now the practice begins, calling moves while staying in rythm and remembering what foot you are on. That's why the practice.
